This website, solariqnow.click ("the Site"), is operated by Solariqnow Media GmbH, Lindenstraße 28, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this Site within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

The Site is a purely informational tournament hub. We do not require registration, accounts or payments. We may collect the following limited data:

• Server log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, date and time of access. This data is collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and stability purposes.
• Cookie preferences: a small value stored in your browser that records whether you have accepted or declined optional cookies.
• Contact data: if you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to respond.

3. Legal Basis For Processing

We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cookie preference storage is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Correspondence data is processed to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. How We Use Your Data

5. Data Retention

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a maximum of 30 days before being deleted or anonymised. Cookie preference values remain in your browser until you delete them or until they expire after 12 months. Email correspondence is deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Sharing Of Data

We share data only with our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards are in place.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in our case, the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

8. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, to protect data processed via the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we strive to protect your data in line with industry standards.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
